The Trifecta

1:30. 2:30. 3:30.

So much for sleep, right? Ugh. It's a good thing we love this girl.

Maybe it's her teeth coming in and they are waking her. Just let her learn to comfort herself fall asleep on her own. It's just a phase and before you know it she'll be a teenager and sleeping til noon =)

How many naps a day is she taking? Still 3 or is she down to 2? You may want to do away with the smallest if 3.

Generally, she's taking two naps a day: one pre-lunch and one post-lunch. The duration will vary from day to day, but is usually no shorter than 45min and no longer than 1.5hrs. Every once in a while she'll take a late afternoon nap, but more and more that's becoming a thing of the past.

Her typical bed time was 7-7:30; however, shortly after these sleep problems started we started pushing her bedtime back to 7:30-8. I think it's just one of those things she'll have to work out on her own.
