Last night-
Me: "How do you spell your name?"
Ellie: "Ellle"
Not to bad for a 2 year old. I was pretty impressed. Shortly after that conversation I spoke with Nans and Papa. Turns out Ellie and Pa had been practicing spelling her name that morning. I may be partial but I think she is incredibly smart.

Ellie is the perfect age to start using the Jumpstart preschool. I used it on Nick when he was two and he loved it! He would sit in front of the computer in the kitchen while I cooked. We also started doing the learning workbooks at two. They learn real fast at two and even though the programs and books are listed for older ages, they pick it up quick.
Both can be true: you can be partial AND she can be incredibly smart.
